Surrogacy Guide Mexico

Privacy notice

What we collect

Name, email, timeline and, optionally, phone, budget range and a message. We ask you not to send medical details or information about your family structure. When you send a request we also save where it came from: the page you entered on, the site or campaign that referred you, which buttons you used and how many pages you viewed in that visit, so we can see which content leads to requests. This is stored with your request and is not sent to Google.

How we use it

To reply to your request. We share your details with a clinic or agency only if you tick that provider in the form. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at hello@surrogacyguidemexico.com.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read, only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. Until you accept, Google Analytics is not loaded and sets no cookies. We turned off Google signals and ad personalization, and we never send what you type in the request form to Google. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer. Separately, our own server counts visits and clicks on buttons without cookies and without storing your IP address or any identifier that lasts beyond the day. We do not count visitors whose browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal. Those counts are kept for up to 13 months. See the cookie policy.

If you accepted analytics, when you send a request our server also tells Google Analytics that a request was submitted. It sends only the anonymous analytics ID your browser already has and the country page, timeline and number of providers you chose, never your name, email or message.
