Surrogacy Guide Mexico

Our ethics policy

Surrogacy involves real people, including a woman who carries a pregnancy. These are the rules we follow. Any clinic or agency we list must meet them.

Not legal or medical advice. This guide is written by an independent publisher, not by a lawyer or doctor. Surrogacy law abroad is unsettled and changes. Talk to an attorney in the country where the surrogacy will happen and to an attorney in your home state before making any decision.

  • We do not recruit or contact surrogates. We never place ads for surrogates and we never receive money for finding one.
  • We do not charge per baby or per birth. Listed clinics and agencies pay a flat monthly subscription that does not depend on inquiries or results.
  • No sponsorship and no paid ranking. Every listed provider pays the same flat fee, listings are in alphabetical order and we say so. Payment never changes what we write.
  • We expect independent legal advice for the surrogate from any provider we list, and a written contract with clear compensation.
  • No guarantees. We do not promise outcomes, timelines, legality or savings.
  • We are not an agency, clinic or law firm. We do not arrange surrogacies or give legal or medical advice.
  • Privacy. We ask for the minimum information and never for medical or sexual-orientation data.
  • We can remove a provider at any time if we learn they do not meet these rules.
